The graphene sheet is a result of multiple layers of a single graphene film layer. It is a single crystal membrane that is not completely flat and has a certain roughness. There are many different methods to manufacture graphene films, but a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) is the best available synthesis process. The composition of these sheets includes mainly conductive graphene, having percent loading more than 98%. It is highly electrical and thermally conductive. The formulation of this graphene sheet also includes some amount of additives, which ultimately improve its uniformity and toughness.
