Product Description
Oil-soluble CdTe/CdSe/ZnS quantum dots (QDs) are core/shell/shell fluorescent nanomaterials with cadmium telluride (CdTe) as the core, cadmium selenide (CdSe) and zinc sulfide (ZnS) as the shell and the surface is wrapped by hydrophobic ligands. The oil-soluble CdTe/CdSe/ZnS QDs prepared by Alfa Chemistry have an average quantum yield of up to 80%. In addition, they have good photostability and chemical stability, good salt tolerance and pH tolerance and favorable biocompatibility. These properties make them widely used in bioimaging and optoelectronic devices.
